Abstract

Nowadays, education is important to the younger generation to develop their future. Education is very common in this era because every parent hopes and wants their children will and must future their study in university. The objective of this research are identify key elements that constitute high performance learning environment and gauge students perceptions towards the success of STML in creating high performance learning environment. Because of this situation, student needs to have a high performance in their learning environment. Learning environment will affect the academic, behavior and norms of the student. Performance and environment are intimately related to each other, as quality arises from three factors, moral attitudes as a result of consciousness or awareness-raising, cultural as a result of education and the application of standards as results of learning. Besides, performance is the action or process of performing a task or function. To allow a meaningful interpretation finding of this report, primary and secondary data are used such as survey, case study and document analysis to constituting a high performance learning environment from STML perspective.
