Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the level of mobile game addiction among Inasis Petronas students. Mobile game addiction has become an increasingly serious problem among university students. This study was conducted using a quantitative method. The questionnaires were distributed to Inasis Petronas students through the "Google Form" application. The findings from this study found that Inasis Petronas students are having mobile games addiction problem. Excessive use of gaming usage will cause mobile games addiction problems among students especially university students who used to play mobile games. Therefore, it is recommended that awareness programs on mobile games use to be conducted to prevent students from becoming addicted to negatively affect their educational performance and social life.
