Abstract

This paper presents a framework for analyzing the effectiveness of anti-smoking strategies towards tobacco endgame in Malaysia. We applied system dynamics modelling that functions as a basis for understanding the complex relationships surrounding the tobacco epidemic. The holistic insights provided by system dynamics will portray the impact of each anti-smoking strategies implementation. Therefore, this framework will serve as a guideline for decision makers to model the interaction between smoking behaviour and its impacts
