Abstract
Saiful Nang one of the well-known media entrepreneurs in Asia. His company CandidSyndrome International (CSI), established in 2004, located in Selangor is a brand of professional services in photography and video media. Saiful Nang’s expertise is in producing photo, video content, and offering a huge range of services which rated to be one of the largest privately own company in photographic media in Malaysia. CSI services sprawl worldwide from the North to South and East to West in service coverage. Being a renowned brand in this field is the greatest thing that ever happened to this company, but all the history initiated with only passion and determination by Saiful Nang who were failed in a couple of businesses between 2001-2004 before CSI. He took the failure as a challenge to start new business and coping with the digital marketing that most of the staff left behind in term of the digitalisation skills. He used all his effort and creativity to generate business from a borrowed camera. Since then, he never looks back, and the CSI flagpole is erected till it victory we feel now. This best practice company will expose the approaches of digital marketing that has been practised, digital skills and personal branding
