Abstract
In recent years, higher education institutions, both public and private, have been designated to adopt technology in teaching and learning processes so that students have the opportunity to learn and applied technology in their academic pursuits. EDPuzzle is a platform which allows educator to pick a video and customize it based on lecture needs in the classroom. EDPuzzle allows educators to customize the videos it so it can suit best with the needs of the course taught. Besides presenting videos, educators can also embed quizzes along video as an evaluation tool. This research employed action research with two types of data were collected and analyzed. Data from rubrics on communication skill and data from open-ended questions given to the participants during the cycles of interventions conducted. On the other hand, data from the interviews providing overall perceptions of the method used in teaching and learning process. Data collected among the forty Information Systems Strategic Planning course students. Students will obtain a clearer view and more hands-on problem-solving exercises with the guidance of their educator. This will further enhance students' knowledge of the importance of mastering the basic skills of their competencies so they will make an effort to do their best. This may lead to better enthusiasm and develop good study habit among students in tertiary education
