Abstract

This paper is to investigate the relationship of knowledge management towards business performance of electrical and electronics industry in Malaysia. The contribution of electrical and electronics industries is undeniable and it is important for Malaysia socio-economic development (Anuar & Noor, 2016). Knowledge management is regarded as one of the main factor in enhancing business performance in every organizations across the global economy market (Zwain, Teong, & Othman, 2012). Moreover, the primary function of knowledge management is to improve the competence and efficiency of managing knowledge assets (Inkinen, Kianto, & Vanhala, 2015). Knowledge management have been logically gets to be one of the fundamental sort of business organization (Lai & Lin, 2012). Therefore, this study will focus on knowledge management practices which comprises knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization in order to have deep understanding of knowledge management toward electrical and electronics industries’ business performance in Malaysia
