Abstract

-This paper explores the Munaka?at (Marrage) system presented by Shaykh Abdul Rauf bin Ali alFansuri al-Singkili in his work, Mir'at al-?ullabfi Tashil al-Ma'rifat Ahlam al-Syar'iyyah li al-Malik al-Wahhab . This copy without code is collection of Zawiyah Tanoh Abee, Silieummeum, Aceh Besar, Aceh, Indonesia. This writing uses a historical analysis approach. The result of this discussion found that the book Mir'at al-ullullab was the first fiqah of Malay-language work organized in the Malay World on the Islamic family system (Munaka?at). The reference policy brought by Shaykh Abdul Rauf al-Singkili in his work is based on the fiqhfiqh works of the fiery Shafi'i sect, among which, Minhaj al-?alibinWa 'Umdah al-Muftin, by Imam Abu Zakaria Muhyiddin Yahya bin Syaraf al- Nawawi, Irsyad al-Ghawila Masalik al-Hawi, by Imam Ismail bin Abu Bakr bin Abdullah al-Sarji, Fat? al-Wahhab bi Syar? Manhaj al-ullullab, by Imam Abu Ya?ya Zakaria alAn?ari, Hadi al-Mu?tajfi Syar? al-Minhaj, by Imam Muhammad bin Muhammad Abu al-Hasan al-Bakri, al-Iqna 'fi?alli Alfa? Abi Syuja', by Imam Syamsuddin Muhammad bin al-Kha?ib al -Syirbini, Tu?fah al-Mu?taj bi Syar? al-Minhaj and Fat? al-Jawwad bi Syar? al-Irsyad, works of Imam Shihabuddin Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Ali bin Hajar al-Haitami al-Sa'di al-An?ari and Nihayah al- Mu?tajila Syar? al-Minhaj, by Imam Syamsuddin Muhammad bin Abu al-'Abbas al-Ramli. The result of this discussion finds that Mir'at alullullab is the first Malay-language fiqah covering Munaka?at's chapter containing the sub-marriage, mahar, mutaah, walimah, night stay, nusyuz, khuluk, talak, refer, ila ', zihar , other, qazaf, iddah, ihdad (mourning), istibra ', breastfeeding, maintenance and hadhanah (child custody). It can be used as a guide and reference of Munaka?at at this time especially for the countries of Shiafi'i
