Despite frequently reported increases in zakat collection and distribution, certain issues often underlie public perception of the zakat management system. Factors such as insufficient information exposure and less effective services have led to the phenomenon of individuals paying their zakat directly to recipients without going through zakat institutions. A study on the systematic and accurate information delivery system using digitalization, especially among the amil assistants, needs to be developed to boost understanding and confidence among the public to pay zakat through the proper channel. This conceptual research study aims to explore the influence of fintech usage, efficient and effective information dissemination and knowledge of fintech among amil assistant towards the confident level of the society to pay zakat through proper channel. The results of the study will lead to the development of a fintech application for amil assistant to perform their duty in delivering information, collecting, and distributing zakat
