Abstract

Urban Redevelopment Act aims to create a national framework to “control and supervise urban renewal” for town planning purposes, and to support redevelopment / regeneration / revitalisation of ageing, dilapidated, mismanaged, or abandoned urban areas/buildings—while coordinating federal– state implementation subject to the Federal Constitution provisions.
